Common Problems

Program installs, but closes upon opening. 

Problem:
This problem occurs when your system date is not correct.

Fix #1  
Click on My Computer 
Click on Control Panel 
Click on the “Date and Time" Icon 
Change the year and date to the correct day.

Fix#2
If you are using the A+ 4th Edition CD and still having trouble.
Download the latest version here (Caution: Large file, 20MB)


Program runs, but I can not see the questions.

Problem
You are running a foreign language on your system. 

Fix:
Click on My Computer 
Click on Control Panel 
Click on the “Regional Settings" Icon 
Change your language to English and un-click any foreign languages.
