Program installs, but closes upon opening.
Problem:
This problem occurs when your system date is not correct.Fix #1
Click on My Computer
Click on Control Panel
Click on the “Date and Time" Icon
Change the year and date to the correct day.Fix#2

Click on the “Regional Settings" Icon
Change your language to English and un-click any foreign languages.If this does not work, please contact our office to see if there is an updated version available for download.
